Queenstown

Views of Queenstown

Queenstown is a must, when travelling New Zealand’s South Island. Known as the ‘adventure capital’, Queenstown has no shortages of activities to do. Whether it is skiing, snowboarding, jet boating, whitewater rafting, bungy jumping, paragliding or sky diving, you’ll definitely find something to get your blood pumping.

For those who perhaps prefer a more chill approach. Queenstown is an amazing little town surrounded by vast nature. Built on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, a Z-Shaped lake with The Remarkables, Walter and Cecil Peak overlooking.

I recommend taking a scenic ride in the Skyline Gondola to the top of Bob’s Peak. You won’t regret the breathtaking 220-degree panoramic views of Queenstown it has to offer.
